Iowa Supreme Court Reverses Order Dismissing Lawsuit Against Muscatine Polluter

As you can read in the opinion above and news stories following it, the Iowa Supreme Court agreed with our sister firm, Hope Law Firm, PLC, Andrew Hope, and our co-counsel that the District Court erred by granting GPC summary judgment.

GPC has a history of polluting Muscatine’s environment.  We are in the process of holding them accountable for their actions.  This unanimous ruling by the Iowa Supreme Court ensures that our case against GPC will proceed.
