Thank You, from a new employee

Where to begin, should it be the employees that make this firm run like a well oiled machine, the environment that fills me with a homey sense of content, or the fact that what I’m doing now is a stepping stone for the rest of my career?

Everybody works together at Arguello Law Firm to create an enjoyable environment where anyone can flourish given the right guidance. I enjoy the company of all my coworkers and have learned an abundant amount in my short two weeks here. What surprised me the most is how open and friendly everyone is.  I wasn’t a stranger; in fact, it seemed like everyone wanted me to be part of the team.  And, when I leave home to come here, I feel like I’m still at home.

Also, I greatly enjoy being able to attend events like the backpack for kids fundraiser  Martin, Nishi, Andres, and I went to in hopes of providing underprivileged children the tools they need to learn. Giving back to the community is something I was never exposed to but I have to say, it feels great. There is not one single negative thing I could think of when the firm comes to mind.  I really enjoy talking to people on the phone too because I know that, like being a call center specialist is a milestone for me, I’m providing for those who call a milestone in effective representation to help them get what they deserve.

I want to thank everyone who has helped me along the way to learn what I need to do to better myself within this company. I look forward to working with you all for many years to come and let’s enjoy every day as if it were our last!
