Arguello Law Firm Defeats Another Insurance Company’s Motion to Dismiss

Recently, Arizona Home Insurance Company attempted to dismiss our client’s suit on the weak argument that the suit was brought more than two years after the date of loss. Our associate, David Chistoffel’s response convinced the court to over-rule the insurance company’s motion.
