David A. Christoffel
Of Counsel
David A. Christoffel joined the Arguello Law Firm in 2010, after leaving his position as an attorney at a plaintiff’s law firm in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where he was retained to represent thousands of working Oklahomans who had suffered injury in the course and scope of their employments. Since then, Mr. Christoffel has successfully represented countless people and businesses in various legal matters, including personal injury claims, social security claims, product liability claims, real estate disputes, insurance claims, hurricane claims, and commercial litigation, in Oklahoma, Texas and Arizona.
In his career, Mr. Christoffel has submitted many legal briefs and argued before the county, state and Oklahoma Supreme Court. The Supreme Court recognized the keen legal mind behind Mr. Christoffel’s arguments and quoted him in the Supreme Court’s official opinion. His experiences have given him the perspective to help manage many of his law firms’ cases efficiently and effectively.
Through this experience, Mr. Christoffel has learned how the judicial system perceives insurance and personal injury claims and the common strategies of insurance defense law firms and the insurance companies that pay them.
